• Online Participation is added in addition to the Onsite Participation choices, we recommend you to register as "Online Participation" firstly, our conference committee is keeping monitoring the global pandemic situation, the conference committee will have an evaluation again later, if the COVID-19 situation is better controlled and the physically conference is considered suitable to happen by then, we will contact you to inquiry if you want upgrade to the onsite participation package.

Guidelines: 

• The accepted papers will be published online conference proceedings.

• An acceptable limit is 5-10 pages per paper, if the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page. 

• The registration fee is subjected to the deadline which is indicated as “early, regular, late, onsite“ in the registration fee table.

• The Participants attend the meeting session of April 20 only to do a presentation, not publish the paper, please choose "One day Program" registration.

• The participants intend to do presentations and to publish their papers, please select "IAEEEE member, Nonmember or Student" registration.

• The participants attend the conference as the listener, please download the registration form in which you can find the payment method. After payment, please send us your filled registration form and payment voucher.

Registration Instructions:

• It is required to send your camera-ready, registration form and payment by the deadline to conference email box,

Benefits for IAEEEE member and Students:

• The IAEEEE membership has the privilege of registration as indicated in the registration fee table. When you finish payment, please provide your IAEEEE member ID.

• If you register with 'student', please send your valid student identity as supplementary.

• Please notice that only one preferential item can be valid for one applicant.

What covered by the registration fee?

• Full registration fee covers (Author only) publication fee + conference sessions + 2 coffee breaks,1 lunch, 1 dinner + conference kits.  

• ''One-day program'' registration fee covers conference sessions + 2 coffee breaks,1 lunch, 1 dinner + conference kits. 

• Tutorials should be registered individually.

• Tutorial Registration includes all tutorials sessions + lunch. 

• Printed program, attendance certificate, a souvenir will be provided on the conference site. 

Cancellation policy:

• For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable. 

• The registration fee will not be refunded if you fail to attend.

• A written refund/cancellation request received one month in advance of the meeting will be accepted and an administrative fee of $100 will be charged. Refund/cancellation requests will not be accepted one week prior to the meeting.

Statement:

On the principal of participants' safety 1st, the organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue against force majeure. The participants are obliged to comply and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
